EASTER SUNDAY First time in 4 days she walked! We motivated her with an easter egg hunt through the hospital...money eggs would get me up and moving!
It was an ordeal to go for a walk with everything she was hooked up to down to the pulse ox on her toe, but we managed. Had a good day lots of friends and family came to visit. Her unlce JohnT. and his famliy even flew in from Louisiana. She was on morphine which wired her so that helped her enjoy her company. She put all of her money ($16) in one egg and did not let it out of her sight the remainder of her hospital stay.
