Tick titers come back positive for Rocky Mountain Spotted tick fever and Ehrlichiosis (both tick bourne bacteria). By this time she had already had Zithromax for strep and seemed better (although Doxycycline is the preferred anitibiotic for these tick illnesses), after about 2 weeks of being puny and high fevers.
