Our strawberry crop is in full swing - YEAH! We picked these on Mother's Day and ate them with cheesecake. I just picked and froze another quart. I might get really brave and try to make homemade, organic, strawberry jam.... OR I might just dip them in chocolate fondue and save myself the trouble of steaming up the kitchen:) Tuesday, May 10, 2011
