For years friends and family have told me to write a book about some of the wild, funny, challenging and (at times) unbelieveable events in my family's life. I decided a blog would be a good way to get my feet wet...so here goes! I was NOT an English major so don't critique.

Saturday - surgery day.

Beauty queens came by to deliver Easter baskets to the kids. When they walked in and started taking photos with the kids I lost it. This girl prayed with Stella as I cried like a baby. I was so emotional over what they might find in surgery and how sick she looked (notice the swelling). People can be so nice when they want to be. This moment touched me because Stella smiled. A few minutes later they said people from US Cellular were out in the hall and wanted to bring in something. I said "I might start balwing over US Cellular too if they come in and do something nice!"
